摘要
针对整合矿井采空区有害气体泄入邻近掘进巷道引发气体超限的问题,以山西省朔州市北祖煤矿掘进巷道为例,分析整合矿井掘进巷道有害气体超限的原因。经过多年实践总结出一套“设计—探测—隔绝—增压”综合性气体防治技术,即通过统筹设计选择合适掘进层位、采用物探和钻探方法确定掘进巷道邻近采空区的准确位置、通过喷浆和注浆方法处理泄漏区域巷道顶板隔离层、搭配掘进巷道增压系统(掘进局部通风机和调节风门设施)补充巷道气体压力,该综合性气体防治技术能有效抑制采空区有害气体泄入邻近掘进巷道,确保掘进巷道气体安全。
In view of the problem that the harmful gas in the goaf of the integrated mine leaked into the adjacent driving roadway and caused the gas overrun,this paper took the driving roadway of Beizu Coal Mine in Shuozhou City,Shanxi Province as an example to analyze the cause of the harmful gas overrun in the driving roadway of the integrated mine.After years of practice,a set of comprehensive gas prevention and control technology of design,detection,isolation and pressurization had been summed up,that is,through overall design to select the appropriate driving horizon,using geophysical prospecting and drilling methods to determine the exact location of the goaf adjacent to the driving roadway,through the shotcreting and grouting methods to deal with the leakage area of the roadway roof isolation layer,using the driving roadway pressurization system(driving local fan and control damper)to add the roadway gas pressure,the comprehensive gas control technology could effectively prevent the harmful gas in the goaf from leaking into the adjacent roadways and ensure the gas safety in the roadways,which had reference significance for the similar integrated gas management in the roadways.
