摘要
目前装配式建筑与BIM技术结合已成为行业内的共识,但在实际应用过程中存在设计与生产、施工脱节、BIM模型的利用率偏低及BIM软件间数据的交互性差等问题。本文指出BIM技术在装配式建筑中应用的发展方向为全生命周期应用,以实现BIM模型的最大化利用,并提出了实现该目的的几个条件,比如:上下游产业链的整合优化、BIM软件间的可交互性及综合性高级技术人才的协调运作等。
At present,the combination of prefabricated building and BIM technology has become a consensus in the construction industry,but there are some problems in the actual application process,such as the disconnection between design and production,construction,the low utilization rate of BIM model and the poor interaction of BIM software data,and etc.This paper points out that the development direction of BIM technology in prefabricated building is the whole life cycle application,in order to realize the maximum utilization of BIM model,and proposes that several conditions to achieve this goal are put forward,such as the integration and optimization of downstream industry chain,the interactivity between BIM software and the coordinated operation of comprehensive senior technical personnel.
