摘要 为实现飞机快速平稳的刹车,对飞机滑跑刹车过程进行受力分析,以Matlab/Simulink为仿真平台实现对飞机刹车控制器模型的建立,并选取滑移率作为被控参数,结合模糊控制+PID控制算法进行飞机刹车控制器的仿真与设计。飞机刹车控制器控制刹车是通过机轮和飞机的速度计算出飞机的实时滑移率,并使实时滑移率尽可能保持在最佳滑移率的附近,来获得最大的结合系数、最佳的刹车力矩,进而实现飞机高效安全的刹车。Matlab/Simulink仿真结果显示,利用模糊+PID控制算法刹车反应迅速且鲁棒性强,提高了飞机刹车控制器的控制效果。 To achieve fast and smooth braking of the aircraft,this paper analyzes the force of the aircraft taxiing brake process and establishes an aircraft brake controller model with Matlab/Simulink.The slip rate is selected as the controlled parameter and the fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control algorithm is used to design and simulate the aircraft brake controller.Moreover,the aircraft brake controller calculates the real-time slip rate from the speed of the wheel and the aircraft and keeps it as close as possible to the optimal slip ratio.By this means,the maximum combined coefficient and the best braking torque can be obtained to achieve efficient and safe braking of the aircraft.Simulation results of Matlab/Simulink show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm has a fast braking response and strong robustness,which improves the control performance of the aircraft brake system.
