摘要
目的探讨集束化护理对脑卒中伴肺部感染患者误吸发生的预防作用。方法选取2017年8月~2019年3月在我院治护的68例脑卒中伴肺部感染患者作为此次研究对象,将其均分为对照组及观察组,各34例。两组均实施基础药物综合治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此方案的基础上实施集束化护理,对比两组患者满意度、显性误吸发生情况、隐性误吸发生情况、生存质量评分及平均住院时间。结果观察组的总体满意率、显性误吸发生率以及沉默性误吸发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生存质量评分及平均住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中伴肺部感染患者采取集束化护理,能够减少误吸事件发生,并且还能够提升患者生存质量,减少住院时间,从而使患者达到满意的状态,值得推广。
Objective To explore the preventive effect of cluster nursing on occurrence of accidental aspiration in patients with stroke accompanied by pulmonary infection.Methods 68 patients with stroke accompanied by pulmonary infection who were treated and given nursing in our hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic drugs.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given cluster nursing on the basis of this regimen.The satisfaction rate,the occurrence of dominant aspiration,the occurrence of recessive aspiration,the quality of life score and the average length of hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Results The overall satisfaction rate,incidence of dominant accidental aspiration and incidence of silent accidental aspiration in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score and mean length of hospital stay in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing for patients with stroke accompanied by pulmonary infection can reduce the occurrence of accidental aspiration events,improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the length of hospital stay,so that patients can achieve a satisfactory state.It is worth promoting.
