摘要
目的观察通滞苏润江胶囊在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)治疗中的临床效果及对自身免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年11月至2019年3月唐山市丰润区人民医院收治的78例LDH患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各39例。对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片联合甲钴胺片治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用通滞苏润江胶囊治疗,治疗3周后比较两组临床疗效、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^+、CD8^+)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组(94.87%vs.82.05%,P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组,IgG和IgM均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双氯芬酸钠缓释片和甲钴胺片联合通滞苏润江胶囊对LDH治疗能够明显缓解症状,调节机体自身免疫功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongzhi Surunjiang Capsule in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and its effect on autoimmune function.Methods From December 2017 to March 2019,78 LDH patients admitted to People's Hospital of Fengrun District in Tangshan were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,39 cases per group.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustain-release tablets combined with mecobalamine tablets,while the experimental group was treated with Tongzhi Surunjiang Capsules on the basis of the control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical effect as well as levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD4^+,CD8^+),IgG and IgM of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(94.87%vs.82.05%,P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,IgG and IgM in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets and mecobalamine tablets combined with Tongji Surunjiang Capsule can significantly relieve symptoms and regulate the body's autoimmune function in the treatment of LDH.
