摘要
探索玫瑰花与月季花的特征区别,为建立更完善的玫瑰花质量标准提供实验依据。采用产地调查、性状鉴别、显微及理化鉴别法对玫瑰花与月季花进行定性鉴别;对玫瑰花水分、总灰分、水溶性浸出物含有量进行测定;采用原子吸收分光光度法、气相色谱法分别测定玫瑰花中的重金属及部分农药残留量;玫瑰花中菌落总数按照GB/T 4789.2规定的方法检测。玫瑰花与月季花在产地、性状、显微和理化鉴别之间差异明显;玫瑰花的水分含量在7.73%~11.33%之间;总灰分含量在4.82%~6.01%之间;浸出物含量在29.88%~37.41%之间;铅含量在0.47~1.21 mg/kg之间;镉含量在0.016~0.076 mg/kg之间;砷含量在0.014~0.11 mg/kg之间;汞含量在0.00237~0.00487 mg/kg之间;铜含量在6.4~9.7 mg/kg之间;六六六含量均低于0.0006 mg/kg;滴滴涕含量均低于0.001 mg/kg;五氯硝基苯含量均低于0.005 mg/kg;菌落总数在189~312个/g之间。所建立的定性和定量方法可为进一步对玫瑰花真伪鉴别及完善质量标准提供依据。
To explore the differences between the characteristics of Rosa rugosa and Rosa chinensis,and to provide experimental basis for the establishment of better quality standards for Rosa rugosa.The qualitative identification of Rosa rugosa and Rosa chinensis was carried out by origin investigation,character identification,microscopic and physicochemical identification.The contents of moisture,total ash and water-soluble extract of Rosa rugosa were measured.The heavy metals and some pesticide residues in Rosa rugosa were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and gas chromatography respectively.Total colonies in Rosa rugosa were tested according to the method specified inGB/T4789.2.The differences between Rosa rugosa and Rosa chinensis were obvious in origin,character,microscopical and physicochemical identification.The moisture content of Rosa rugosa was between 7.73 % and 11.33 %.The total ash content was between 4.82 % and 6.01 %.The content of extract was between 29.88 % and 37.41 %.Lead content between 0.47 and 1.21 mg/kg;The content of cadmium is between 0.016 and 0.076 mg/kg.The arsenic content is between 0.014 and 0.11 mg/kg.The mercury content is between 0.00237~0.00487 mg/kg.Copper content ranged from 6.4 to 9.7 mg/kg;The content of hexachlorohexane was all lower than 0.0006 mg/kg.DDT content was all lower than 0.001 mg/kg.The content of pentachloro-nitrobenzene was all lower than 0.005 mg/kg.The total number of colonies is between 189 and 312/g.The established qualitative and quantitative methods can further provide the basis for the identification and improvement of the quality standard of Rosa rugosa.
