摘要
数控加工技术是目前数字化自动化加工的基础,VERICUT软件能够对数控加工过程进行有效的模拟,具有真实三维显示及碰撞检查等优势。零件在利用三维软件UG NX进行实体造型后,分析零件加工工艺以及生成加工程序。利用VERICUT软件对零件进行数控仿真加工,在接近真实的机床环境中模拟走刀路线。实验结果表明,仿真过程能够有效的判断是否有过切现象,以及能够检查潜在的碰撞危险,对提高零件加工效率具有重要的研究意义。
NC machining technology is the basis of digital automatic processing, VERICUT software can effectively simulate the NC machining process, and has the advantages of real three-dimensional display and collision inspection.The parts are modeled by UG NX, then the processing technology and program are analyzed.Using VERICUT software to simulate NC machining of parts, the tool path is simulated in the near real machine environment. The experimental results show that the simulation process can effectively judge whether there is over-cutting or not, and can check the potential collision hazard, which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of parts processing.
