摘要
环境影响评价是对建设项目环境影响的预估和评价,污染物源强核算是环评工作的重要内容。针对电镀项目环境影响评价的废气污染物源强核算,本文给出了实测法、类比分析法、产污系数法三种核算方法,并分析了每种方法的适用特点。现有项目优先采用实测法,新建项目可选用类比分析法或产污系数法。笔者从源头控制、强化收集、净化处理等三个方面分析了电镀废气污染防治措施,结合新建电镀项目实际案例,最终采用产污系数法对废气污染物源强进行核算。
Environmental impact assessment is the estimation and evaluation of the environmental impact of construction projects.The calculation of pollutant source strength is an important part of the environmental assessment.Aiming at the calculation of the source strength of exhaust gas pollutants for the environmental impact assessment of electroplating projects,this paper presented three calculation methods,such as the actual measurement method,analog analysis method,and pollution factor method,and analyzed the applicable characteristics of each method.Existing projects are preferentially measured,and new projects can be selected by analogy or pollution factor method.The author analyzed the pollution prevention measures of electroplating waste gas from three aspects,such as source control,enhanced collection,and purification treatment,and combined with the actual case of the new electroplating project,finally used the pollution factor method to calculate the source strength of exhaust gas pollutants.
