进料配比对牛粪和玉米秸秆半连续厌氧发酵的影响 被引量:9

Effects of different mixing ratios on semi-continuous co-digestion of cow manure and corn straw

摘要 为了提高牛粪和玉米秸秆混合厌氧发酵时的产气性能,采用全混合式反应器对总固体混合比(Total Solid Mixing Ratios,TSMR)不同的原料进行半连续厌氧发酵,并研究各发酵系统的产气性能、稳定性和物质转化能力。研究结果表明:系统稳定运行后,当牛粪和玉米秸秆的TSMR为1∶3时,发酵系统的产气性能最佳,甲烷产量为3.94 L/d,分别比纯牛粪和纯玉米秸秆发酵提高了23.67%和20.44%,且该混合比下的木质纤维素降解率最高,可达56.55%;TSMR不同的发酵系统均能稳定运行,且稳定运行期间的总碱度为5 000~8 000 mg/L,总挥发性脂肪酸的浓度小于100 mg/L,pH值为7.0~7.4,氨氮浓度未达抑制值并随着混合原料中玉米秸秆占比的增大而减小。 The effect of different total solid mixing ratios(TSMR) of cow manure and corn straw on anaerobic digestion using semi-continuous anaerobic co-digestion process was studied in a Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor(CSTR). The results showed that the best methane production performance was 3.94 L/d which was obtained at TSMR of 1 ∶3, and the value was 23.67% and20.44% higher than that of the pure cow manure and corn straw respectively, and the lignocellulose degradation rate of which was the highest, reaching 56.55%. The alkalinity of the all system was in the range of 5 000~8 000 mg/L where the TVFAs were less than 100 mg/L and the pH is 7.0 ~7.4. The ammonia nitrogen did not reach the inhibition value and decreased with the increase of the proportion of corn straw.
