滴灌灌溉定额对贺兰山东麓枸杞生长和产量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Drip Irrigation Quotas on Growth and Yield of Lycium Barbarum at the Eastern Foothills of Helan Mountain

摘要 为了研究枸杞在不同灌溉定额条件下的新稍长度、光合作用以及产量的变化规律,确定适宜的灌溉定额,以5年生宁杞一号为试验材料,设置了3834 m^3/hm^2(低水处理)、4806 m^3/hm^2(中水处理)和5778 m^3/hm^2(高水处理)3个灌溉定额水平,采用对比试验进行研究。结果表明:枸杞新稍长度、净光合速率及产量均随灌溉定额的增加而增加。高水处理枸杞新稍长度最长,为62.67 cm,较中水处理新稍长度增加了7.63%,较低水处理新稍长度增加了22.88%;高水处理枸杞净光合速率峰值最大,为14.95μmol/(m^2·s),较中水处理净光合速率峰值增加了13.63%,较低水处理净光合速率峰值增加了38.67%;高水处理枸杞产量最高,为4465.4 kg/hm2,较中水处理产量提高了6.76%,较低水处理产量提高了29.86%,但中水处理与高水处理枸杞产量差异不显著(P<0.05)。综上,4806 m^3/hm^2为适宜灌溉定额,在该灌溉定额条件下净光合速率峰值为13.15μmol/(m^2·s),新稍长度为58.22 cm,产量为4182.5 kg/hm^2。 Adopted three levels drip irrigation quotas with low,middle and high level by 3834 m^3/hm^2,4806 m^3/hm^2 and 5778 m^3/hm^2,respectively,carried out open field experiment to 5-year-old variety Ningqi No.1 Lycium barbarum that planted in the eastern foothills of Helan mountain,Ningxia,northwest China.The study observed the indexes included branch length,photosynthesis and yield of Lycium barbarum and analyzed the effects of irrigation quota on indexes.The results show that the branch length,net photosynthetic rate and yield increased with the increase of irrigation quota.The longest branch was 62.67 cm with high level irrigation quota,which longer than 7.63%and 22.88%compared with middle level,low level irrigation quotas.And the net photosynthetic rate and yield have similar tendencies,the maximum net photosynthetic rate was 14.95μmol/(m^2·s),which greater than 13.63%and 38.67%compared with middle level,low level irrigation quotas.The maximum yield was 4465.4 kg/hm^2,which greater than 6.76%and 29.86%compared with middle level,low level irrigation quotas.There was no significant difference in Lycium barbarum yield between middle level,high level irrigation quotas(P<0.05).In summary,the irrigation quota of 4806 m3/hm2 is optimal for 5-year-old variety Ningqi No.1 Lycium barbarum planted eastern foothills of Helan mountain,it could be higher yield and saving irrigation water amount.
