摘要
目的分析高位结扎联合腔内激光术在大隐静脉曲张患者中的治疗效果。方法选取所在医院2018年3月-2019年2月期间收治的91例大隐静脉曲张患者,根据治疗方法分组,即观察组(高位结扎联合腔内激光术,n=45)和对照组(高位结扎术联合剥除术,n=46),对比2组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组术后并发症发生率(6.67%vs.21.74%)对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论高位结扎联合腔内激光术临床效果明显,可提高手术效率,降低术后并发症,具有临床优势。
Objective To analyze the effect of high ligation combined with endovenous laser in the treatment of varicose great saphenous vein.Methods 91 patients with varicose great saphenous vein admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were divided into observation group(high ligation combined with endovenous laser,n=45)and control group(high ligation combined with exfoliation,n=46).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The remission rate of symptoms was 100.00%in the observation group and 82.61%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,time of getting out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group(6.67%vs 21.74%)were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of high ligation combined with intraluminal laser is obvious,which can improve the operation efficiency and reduce the complications after operation,and has clinical advantages.
