涂覆工艺对杉木表面可逆变色水性涂料性能的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Coating Processes on the Properties of Reversible Color-changing Waterborne Paint on Chinese Fir Wood Surface

摘要 探究涂覆工艺对杉木表面可逆变色水性涂料性能的影响。以底漆道数、面漆道数与变色油墨添加方式为试验因素,进行三因素两水平正交试验并优化工艺参数,探究不同涂覆工艺对添加变色油墨水性涂料漆膜的力学、光学、耐液性能的影响,研究老化温度和时间对漆膜变色性能的影响。结果表明:变色油墨添加方式对漆膜色差和光泽度影响最大;对于添加变色油墨的水性涂料,涂覆工艺对漆膜附着力、抗冲击力、耐液等级等原有性能影响较小,不同涂覆工艺下漆膜光泽度变化无明显规律;当涂覆工艺为3道底漆、3道面漆、变色油墨添加于面漆中时,形成的漆膜变色性能、光泽度较佳,漆膜综合性能良好,漆膜变色性能在老化时间和温度变化的情况下保持稳定。该研究为智能涂料的发展提供新思路。 This study explored the effect of coating process on properties of reversible color-changing waterborne coating on the surface of Chinese fir.Orthogonal experiments were designed and process parameters were optimized according to three factors of primer number,topcoat number and adding mode of color-changing ink.The effects of color-changing ink on mechanical,optical and liquid resistance of coating in different coating processes were investigated.The effects of aging temperature and time on color-changing performance of coating were also studied.The results showed that the most important technological parameters affecting the color difference and gloss of the coating were the adding way of color-changing ink.In waterborne coatings with colorchanging ink,the coating process had little influence on the adhesion,impact resistance,liquid resistance and original properties of the coating.There was no obvious rule of varying gloss of the coating under different coating processes.When the primers were three layers,the topcoats were three layers and color-changing ink were added to the top coat,the color-changing performance and gloss were better,and the comprehensive performance of the coating was better.The color-changing performance of the coating was stable under the condition of aging time and temperature change.This research provided a new idea for the development of intelligent coatings.
