摘要
为实现某商用车的冷却系统匹配,利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法建立了整车仿真模型,并结合道路试验研究了格栅开孔率、发动机舱挡板、风扇形式、风扇与散热器间隙等多种因素对整车流场与热场的影响,得到了不同因素对整车热平衡的影响程度。结果表明,发动机舱挡板、散热器与风扇间隙、格栅开孔率等因素对整车冷却系统影响较为明显。
For cooling system matching of a commercial vehicle, we establish vehicle simulation model by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD), and study the influence of factors including grid opening rate, engine cabin baffle,fan type, fan and radiator clearance., etc., on vehicle flow field and thermal field, and obtain the degree of influence of different factors on vehicle thermal balance. The research shows that the above factors including engine cabin baffle,radiator and fan clearance, grid opening rate have noticeable influence on the cooling system of the whole vehicle.
