阻生下颌第三磨牙拔除术黏膜下注射地塞米松的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨阻生下颌第三磨牙拔除术黏膜下注射地塞米松的效果。方法随机将80例阻生下颌第三磨牙拔除术的患者分为2组,各40例。对照组黏膜下注射生理盐水,观察组黏膜下注射地塞米松。比较2组的肿胀、张口受限情况及生活质量(PoSSe)评分。结果观察组治疗后肿胀程度、PoSSe各指标评分均低于对照组,张口程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黏膜下注射地塞米松可有效改善行阻生下颌第三磨牙拔除术患者的肿胀、张口程度及生活质量。
