摘要
通过宏观检验观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试分析、金相分析和断口分析等方法对某型挖掘机配重垫圈的断裂失效原因进行分析。结果表明:该垫圈热处理不当造成组织不合格,硬度超出设计要求上限值,加大材料脆性同时加大氢脆敏感性,镀锌处理时除氢不及时或除氢不彻底导致氢脆开裂。
The failure cause of counterweight washer of a certain excavator is analyzed by macro inspection observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness test analysis,metallographic analysis and fracture analysis etc.methods.The result show that,improper heat treatment of the washer causes unqualified organization,part hardness exceeds the upper limit of design requirements,these increase material brittleness,at the same time,increase hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity,hydrogen induced delayed cracking due to the dehydrogenation is not timely or the dehydrogenation is not complete during galvanizing treatment.
