实体结构混凝土早期温度发展特征与凝结时间关系 被引量:6

摘要 混凝土自浇筑后即处于水化-温度-湿度-约束的多场耦合作用环境,直接利用实验室单一因素、标准条件下测试的凝结时间结果并不能很好的满足实际工程施工需求。在统计分析不同结构混凝土早期温度发展特征的基础上,以温度开始明显增长作为实体结构混凝土初凝时间,以温度开始快速增长作为实体结构混凝土终凝时间,结果表明,同条件试样测试结果与实体温度反演结果存在较好的线性相关性,约为实体温度反演结果的1.8~2.0倍。 Concrete undergoes significant multi-field mechanism containing chemical,hygral,thermal and mechanical physical changes after it being casted,thus the setting time measured by laboratory under single factor and standard condition can not meet the needs of practice.Based on the statistical analysis of the early age temperature development of different entity structure concrete,the start point of remarkable rise and rapid rise can be used as initial setting and final setting respectively.Results indicate that setting time inversed by temperature of entity concrete and measured by penetration resistance method under same contiton have good liner relationship,the setting time measured by penetration resistance method under same contiton is 1.8 to 2.0 times larger than the inversion setting time.
