摘要
建筑石材幕墙由于其美观、耐久、外观高雅,近年来在高层建筑中得到广泛应用,特别是干挂石材幕墙占有比例最高。但是石材幕墙建筑外保温系统一般采用可燃的保温材料如聚苯乙烯、聚氨酯等,极易造成火灾竖向的蔓延。采用FDS火灾数值模拟软件模拟不同宽度的防火封堵对建筑石材幕墙外保温系统的火灾蔓延情况的影响。结果表明,采用防火封堵的石材幕墙建筑上层外墙墙体热释放速率峰值及温度峰值明显降低,到达温度峰值的时间也明显增加,并且随着防火封堵宽度增加防火效果得到相应的提升。
Because of beautiful appearance,durability and elegant appearance,the construction of stone curtain wall had been widely used in high-rise buildings in recent years,especially the dry-hanging stone curtain wall that had the highest proportion. However,the external thermal insulation system for building of stone curtain wall generally adopts flammable insulation materials such as polystyrene and polyurethane,which can easily cause the vertical spread of fire. The FDS(Fire Dynamic Simulator) software was used to simulate the influence of different width of fireproof plugging on the fire spread of the external thermal insulation system in building of stone curtain wall. The results show that the peak of the heat release rate and the peak temperature of the upper wall of the stone curtain wall building with fire blocking are obviously reduced,and the time to reach the peak temperature is also obviously increased,and the fireproof effect is correspondingly improved with the increase of the fire blocking width.
