摘要
花椒是一种药食两用的植物,含有挥发油、酰胺、生物碱、黄酮、木脂素、香豆素等具有药用价值的生物活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、镇痛、抑菌、抗炎等多种药理作用。随着花椒产量增加,迫切需要开发花椒的药用价值。综述了花椒药用活性成分的药理作用及提取方法,为进一步开发利用花椒资源提供一定的参考依据。
Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim is a plant having medicine and food function,which contains bioactive components with medicinal value such as the essential oil,amide,alkaloids,flavonoids,lignans and coumarins.It possesses many pharmacological effects such as antioxidant,anti-tumor,analgesia,bacteriostasis and anti-inflammatory.With the increment of the yield,the medicinal value of the Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim need to be urgently increased.This article reviewed pharmacological effects of the active ingredients and the extraction methods to provide some reference for further development and utilization of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim resources.
