摘要
枪管工作时需要考虑热高温、高压作用下温度和应力场分布规律。通过有限元软件,计算在热和膛压载荷作用时,单发和连续射击情况下枪管的温度和应力场变化规律。结果表明,枪管铬层温度高于钢层温度,铬层最高温度超过900K,应力超过1000MPa;温度和应力变化最大的区域位于铬层表面;相关文献验证了数值模拟结果的正确性,对枪管的设计、寿命预测及提高枪管使用年限有重要意义,为枪管设计提供参考。
For the study on the working condition of gun barrel,it is necessary to consider the distribution law of temperature field and stress field of gun barrel under the action of high temperature and high pressure.Through the finite element software,the temperature field and stress field of the barrel are studied under the joint action of heat and chamber pressure.The temperature of the chromium layer is higher than that of the steel layer.The maximum temperature of the chromium layer exceeds 900k and the stress exceeds 1000MPa.The areas where temperature and stress change the most are on the surface of the chromium layer.The results of numerical simulation are verified by physical test,which is of great significance to the design of gun barrel,life prediction and the way to improve the life of gun barrel.
