摘要
目的观察系统护理模式在冠心病介入治疗中的应用效果。方法随机选取2019年1月-6月本院冠心病介入治疗患者188例,随机分为系统护理模式组(n=94)和常规护理模式组(n=94)两组,统计分析两组患者的西雅图心绞痛量表(Seattle Angina Scale,SAQ)评分、并发症发生情况。结果系统护理模式组患者的心绞痛疾病认知、稳定状态、发作频率、治疗满意程度、躯体活动受限程度评分均显著高于常规护理模式组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),并发症发生率9.6%(9/94)显著低于常规护理模式组27.7%(26/94),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论系统护理模式在冠心病介入治疗中的应用效果较常规护理模式好。
Objective To observe the effect of systematic nursing model in interventional therapy of coronary heart disease. Methods 188 cases of patients with coronary heart disease treated by interventional therapy in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: the systematic nursing model group(n =94) and the conventional nursing model group(n =94). The SAQ scores and complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The scores of cognition,stable state, seizure frequency, treatment satisfaction and physical activity limitation of patients with angina pectoris of the systematic nursing mode group were significantly higher than the conventional nursing mode group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05), the incidence of complications 9.6%(9/94) was significantly lower than the conventional nursing mode group 27.7%(26/94), the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing mode is better than conventional nursing mode in the application of interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.
