吉林地区规模化猪场大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌性仔猪腹泻流行情况调查 被引量:4

Epidemiological Survey of Piglet Diarrhea Caused by Escherichia coli and Salmonella sp. in Large-scale Pig Farms of Jilin

摘要 [目的]研究吉林地区规模化猪场大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌性仔猪腹泻的流行情况,分析引起该地区仔猪腹泻的主要致病菌。[方法]试验采集了21家规模化猪场中117份仔猪腹泻粪便样本,进行基因提取、PCR扩增、电泳鉴定和致病性试验。[结果]从117份仔猪腹泻样本中分离出大肠杆菌104份,其中49份具有致病性,占样本总数的42.88%;分离出沙门氏菌19份,其中15份具有致病性,占样本总数的12.82%。[结论]大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌是引起吉林地区规模化猪场仔猪腹泻的主要致病菌,且有混合感染情况。 [Objective]To study the epidemic situation of piglet diarrhea caused by E.coli and Salmonella sp.in large-scale pig farms in Jilin area,and analyze the main pathogens of diarrhea in piglets in this area.[Method]117 piglet diarrhea stool samples were collected from 21 large-scale pig farms to make gene extraction,PCR amplification,electrophoresis identification and pathogenicity test.[Result]104 of 117 piglet diarrhea samples were isolated,49 of which were pathogenic,accounting for 42.88%of the total samples;19 of which were Salmonella sp.,15 of which were pathogenic,accounting for 12.82%of the total samples.[Conclusion]E.coli and Salmonella sp.are the main pathogens of piglet diarrhea in large-scale pig farms in Jilin area,and there are mixed infections.
