摘要
以全国农村土地制度改革试点市浏阳市为例,从分析构建城乡统一建设用地市场的背景及意义着手,提炼出浏阳市在构建城乡统一建设用地市场方面的经验,总结存在的问题并分析原因,然后提出构建城乡统一建设用地市场的对策建议。
Taking Liuyang which was a pilot city for the reform of rural land system in China as an example,starting from the analysis of the background and significance of establishing urban-rural unified construction land market,we extracted Liuyang’s experience in building urban-rural unified construction land market,summarized the existing problems and analyzed the reasons,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for building urban-rural unified construction land market.
