摘要
产权是环境治理的重要影响因素,有效的产权制度安排能促进生态环境的保护。本文系统梳理国内外学界对开放式存取产权、国有产权、私有产权、社区产权等四类产权制度安排与农村环境治理关系的研究成果,以期为后续相关研究提供参考。
Property right is an important factor in environmental governance, and its effective institutional arrangement can promote the protection of ecological environment. This paper systematically summarizes the relationship between four property rights institutional arrangements(open access property rights, state-owned property rights, private property rights,community property rights) and rural environmental governance at home and abroad, providing reference for the follow-up research.
