Construction Technology for Multi-span Coupled Simply Supported Arch Steel Truss Bridge on Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway by Incremental Launching Method

摘要 京张高速铁路官厅水库特大桥主桥为8×110 m简支拱型钢桁梁桥,跨越官厅水库。结合该桥结构特点和施工现场实际情况,提出采用多跨长联单向顶推拖拉技术进行桥梁架设施工。介绍了桥梁拖拉架设的施工工艺和程序,进行了拖拉架设质量控制措施分析。研究成果可为新建多跨简支钢桁梁桥的架设施工提供技术支撑。 The main bridge of Guanting reservoir super large bridge on Beijing-Zhangjiakou high speed railway is a simply supported arch steel truss bridge with the spans arranged as 8×110 m,which crosses over Guanting reservoir.Based on the structural characteristics of this bridge and the actual situation of the construction site,multi-span and long-connected single-direction incremental launching technology was put forward for bridge erection.The construction techniques and procedures of bridge launching erection were introduced,then the quality control measures of launching erection were analyzed.The research results are helpful for the erection construction technology of new multi-span coupled simply-supported arch steel truss bridge.
