摘要
为考察弹条Ⅱ型扣件在既有硫磺锚固方式和预埋套管替代方式下螺旋道钉的受力状态,采用有限元法对安装过程中及列车荷载作用下的螺旋道钉偏心受力状态进行数值计算。结果表明:在既有硫磺锚固方式下,螺旋道钉满足强度设计要求;在预埋套管替代方式下,螺旋道钉应力超过Q235碳素结构钢屈服强度,应提高材料强度等级或改善螺旋道钉受力状态。同时对列车荷载作用下的螺旋道钉受力状态进行了室内试验验证,试验结果与数值计算结果基本一致。
In order to investigate the stress state of the screw spike in typeⅡfastening system under the sulphuric anchor method and the embedded dowel method,the eccentric stress states of the screw spike during standard installation and under the train load were calculated by the finite element method.The results shows that the stress state of the screw spike meets the strength requirements of the Q235 carbon structural steel under the sulphuric anchor method,while exceeds the yield stress of the Q235 carbon structural steel under the embedded dowel method.Thus,the material strength of the screw spike should be enhanced or the eccentric stress state should be improved under the embedded dowel method.Finally,the stress state of the screw spike under the train load was verified by the laboratory test,which shows a great agreement with that calculated by the finite element method.
