过程性评价在中医耳鼻咽喉科学教学考核中的探索 被引量:2

Exploration on Process Evaluation in the Teaching Assessment of Otolaryngology of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的观察过程性评价在中医耳鼻咽喉科学教学考核中实施的效果并评价其教学意义。方法80名选修《中医耳鼻咽喉科学》课程的学生随机分2组,传统性评价组(T)和过程性评价组(P),各为40人,前者采用“传统教学+平时作业考核+期末成绩”的学习考核模式,后者采用“传统教学+微信学习群讨论+过程性评价考核+期末成绩”的学习考核模式,每周3学时,共12周,学习结束后评估教学效果。结果T组和P组在平时成绩、期末成绩和总成绩方面比较,均为P<0.05,P组均优于T组;P组的平时成绩和期末成绩的相关性分析,r=0.358(P<0.05),具有显著相关性;P组学生主动参与学习交流的情况从教学开始后的2~3周活跃,呈波动性上升,直至教学结束;而从学生反馈的教学情况来看,P组在解剖和疾病掌握方面与T组比较P<0.05,理解程度优于T组。结论过程性评价方法的实施,能调动学生主动学习的能动性和积极性,增强学生的理解能力,并且可以有效评估学生的学习效果,有助于提高学生对于本学科知识的掌握程度和临床实践能力。 Objective To observe the effect of process evaluation and evaluate its teaching significance.Methods 80 students who enrolled in otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine science course were divided into 2 groups at random,traditional evaluation group(T)and the procedural evaluation(P),and each group had 40 people.The former adopted“traditional teaching,usually work inspection and final grade”learning evaluation model,the latter adopted the“traditional teaching,micro letter study group discussion,procedural evaluation and final grade”learning assessment mode.3 hours in a week,a total of 12 weeks.We evaluated teaching effectiveness after learning.Results Compared with the normal grades,final grades and total scores of the T group and the P group(P<0.05),P group was superior to T group.The correlation analysis between the usual score and the final score of group P showed that r=0.358(P<0.05),showing a significant correlation.The students in group P actively participated in learning and communication from 2 to 3 weeks after the beginning of teaching to the end of teaching.However,according to the teaching feedback from students,group P was superior to group T in terms of understanding anatomy and disease(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the process evaluation method can mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students in learning,enhance their understanding ability,and can effectively evaluate the learning effect of students,which is helpful to improve students’mastery of the knowledge of this subject and clinical practice ability.
