摘要
三叉神经痛在疼痛科以微创介入治疗为主,本年鉴依据2018年6月至2019年6月,三叉神经痛微创治疗的相关研究对各种微创介入治疗方法的有效性及安全性等进行总结。涉及单支疼痛(单纯上颌神经或下颌神经痛),以射频治疗术为首选;如涉及多支神经痛或第一支(眼支)疼痛,则更为推荐球囊压迫术。
Trigeminal neuralgia is mainly treated with minimally invasive interventional therapy in the department of Pain Medicine.This yearbook summarizes the effectiveness and safety of various minimally invasive interventional therapy methods according to relevant studies on minimally invasive treatment of trigeminal neuralgia from June 2018 to June 2019.It is considered that radiofrequency therapy is preferred for pain involving a single branch(single maxillary nerve or mandibular neuralgia),and balloon compression is more recommended for pain involving multiple branches of neuralgia or pain involving the first branch(eye branch).
