空气波压力治疗仪结合护理干预在乳腺癌改良根治术患者中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨空气波压力治疗仪结合护理干预在乳腺癌改良根治术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月在医院行改良根治术治疗的乳腺癌患者82例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。两组术后均给予空气波压力治疗仪治疗,对照组采用常规外科护理,观察组采用加强外科护理,比较两组淋巴水肿程度及术侧上肢功能。结果干预后,观察组淋巴水肿程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组术侧上肢上举高度为(10.25±1.41)cm、外展角度为(33.12±4.14)°、旋转角度为(55.67±3.94)°,均高于对照组的(7.85±1.96)cm、(29.89±3.74)°、(52.91±3.31)°,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空气波压力治疗仪结合护理干预可有效减轻乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后淋巴水肿情况,恢复术侧上肢功能,促进患者康复。
