摘要
针对店坪煤矿9-204切顶卸压无煤柱工作面在回采过程中,沿空留巷段超前影响区顶板出现下沉、断裂、破碎等现象,采用传统液压单体柱支护时不仅劳动强度大、自动化水平低,而且单体柱容易变形、卸压困难等现象,降低了对顶板支护效果,严重影响着无煤柱工作面安全高效回采。为此,通过技术研究设计了一套可伸缩超前支架,并进行实际应用,解决了传统支护效果差、难度大等技术难题,使顶板下沉量控制在0.12 m以下,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the phenomenon of roof subsidence,fracture and breakage in the advanced influence area of gob-side entry retaining section in the mining process of 9-204 roof-cutting and pressure-relief coal face in Dianping Coal Mine,the traditional hydraulic single pillar support not only has high labor intensity and low automation level,but also is easy to deform and pressure-relief of single pillar,which reduces the roof.The support effect seriously affects the safe and efficient mining of coal-free face.To this end,a set of retractable advance support is designed through technical research and applied in practice,which solves the technical problems of poor support effect and difficult headlamp,and makes the roof subsidence below 0.12 m,and achieves remarkable application results.
