微波辅助石油焦萃取脱硫实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental study on microwave assisted desulfurization of petroleum coke extraction

摘要 研究了不同有机溶剂萃取对石油焦脱硫率的影响,测试了微波辅助有机溶剂在不同微波功率和照射时间下的脱硫效果。结果表明:微波辅助邻氯苯酚萃取石油焦脱硫的最佳实验条件为功率550W,微波照射时间15min,脱硫率为29%;微波辅助糠醛萃取石油焦脱硫的最佳实验条件为功率700W,微波照射时间15min,脱硫率为23.5%;微波辅助复合溶剂萃取石油焦脱硫的最佳实验条件为功率400W,微波照射15min后,脱硫率为35.3%。比较三种有机溶剂的脱硫率效果,得出复合有机溶剂的脱硫效果最好。 The effect of different organi c solvent extraction on the desulfurization rate of petroleum coke was studied. The desulfurization effects of microwave-assisted organic solvents under different microwave power and irradiation time were tested. The experimental results show that the best experimental conditions for microwave-assisted o-chlorophenol extraction of petroleum coke desulfurization are power 550 W, microwave irradiation time 15 min, and the desulfurization rate is 29%. The optimal experimental conditions for microwave-assisted furfural extraction of petroleum coke desulfurization are power of 700 W,microwave irradiation time of 15 min, and desulfurization rate of 23.5%. The optimal experimental conditions for microwave-assisted composite solvent extraction of petroleum coke desulfurization are 400 W. After 15 minutes of microwave irradiation, the desulfurization rate is 35.3%. Comparing the desulfurization efficiency of three organic solvents, it is concluded that the composite organic solvents have the best desulfurization effect.
