摘要
以自制有机硅预聚体、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸甲酯为主要原料,以石墨烯为改性剂,通过乳液共聚反应制得石墨烯/硅丙复合乳液及其乳胶膜,并研究了乳胶膜的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,在复合乳液中均匀分散的石墨烯能在复合乳胶膜中形成网状物理隔离层,起到屏蔽保护作用。向硅丙乳液中加入石墨烯后制得的复合乳胶膜的耐酸性、耐碱性、耐盐性增强,且当石墨烯质量分数为5%时耐腐蚀性最好。
The graphene/silicone-acrylic emulsion and its latex film were prepared by emulsion copolymerization with self-made silicone prepolymer, butyl acrylate and methyl acrylate asthe main raw materials,and graphene as a modifier. The results show that the graphene,which is evenly dispersed in the composite emulsion,can form a network-like physical isolation layer in the composite latex film,and it plays a shielding and protecting role. The acid resistance,alkali resistance and salt resistance of the composite latex film,which prepared by adding graphene into silicon-acrylic emulsion,are enhanced,and the best corrosion resistance is obtained when the mass fraction of graphene is 5%.
