摘要
通过向家蚕饲料中添加少量含氢硅油的方法制备有机硅改性蚕丝,并采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、元素分析仪、热重分析仪对添食硅油前后蚕丝的形貌、结构及性能进行表征。结果表明:添食硅油后蚕丝中成功引入了硅元素;蚕丝的微观形貌变化不大,但表面更粗糙;蚕丝的结构发生了改变,导致红外光谱中酰胺振动谱带发生移动;硫元素质量分数略微升高;与普通蚕丝相比,热质量损失过程整体趋势相同,但热稳定性略高。
The silicone modified silk fiber was prepared by feeding silkworm with a small amount of hydrogen-containing silicone oil. The morphology,structure and properties of the silk fiber before and after adding silicone oil were characterized by the scanning electron microscope,X-ray energy spectrometer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,elemental analyzer,and thermogravimetric analyzer. The results show that Si is successfully introduced into the silk fiber after adding silicone oil;the microscopic morphology of the silk fiber changes little,but its surface is rougher causing the amide vibration band to shift in the infrared spectrum;and the mass fraction of the Si element slightly increases. Compared with ordinary silk,the trend of the thermal mass loss process keeps the same,but its thermal stability is slightly higher.
