摘要
当前,我国高等教育办学规模已居世界首位,高校对教师的需求越来越高,新入职教师如何快速适应高校“教书育人”的环境,对其将来的职业规划起到重要作用。文章对新进教师如何适应高校环境,特别是医学院校基础医学教学工作提出了四点建议,旨在帮助新进教师快速进入教师角色,完善自己的职业规划。
At present,the scale of higher education in China has ranked the first in the world,and colleges and universities have higher and higher demand for teachers.How new teachers quickly adapt to the"teaching and educating"environment in Colleges and universities plays an important role in their future career planning.This paper puts forward four suggestions on how the new teachers adapt to the college environment,especially the basic medical teaching in medical colleges,aiming to help the new teachers quickly enter the role of teachers and improve their career planning.
