COD消解法可行性研究

摘要 COD消解法适用于地表水、地下水和工业废水中化学耗氧量的测定。对未经稀释的水样,COD测定下限为15mg/L,上限为1 000mg/L。COD测定主要有消解后滴定和消解后比色两种分析方法。消解后比色法测定COD试样中加入已知量的重铬酸钾溶液,在强硫酸介质中,以硫酸银作为催化剂,经高温消解后,用分光光度法测定COD值。采用消解后滴定法与消解后比色法对同一组标样和试样的测定,确定消解法可以代替滴定法使用。 This method is applicable to the determination of chemical oxygen consumption in surface water,groundwater and industrial wastewater.For undiluted water samples,the lower limit of COD determination is 15mg/L,and the upper limit is 1 000mg/L.There are two analytical methods for COD measurement:post-digestion titration and post-digestion colorimetry.After digestion colorimetric method,a known amount of potassium dichromate solution was added to the COD sample.In a strong sulfuric acid medium,silver sulfate was used as a catalyst.After high temperature digestion,the COD value was measured spectrophotometrically.In this experiment,two methods(titration method after digestion and colorimetric method after digestion)were used to determine the same set of standards and samples,and it was determined that the digestion method could be used instead of the titration method.
