摘要
针对陆军规模结构改革调整后合成旅装备维修保障能力评价过程中指标难以量化,赋权困难的问题,首先建立了评价指标体系,并结合“装备云”平台数据,对具体指标给出了分析计算的方法;然后分别采用熵权法和层次分析法对指标的主观权重和客观权重进行了计算,求出组合权重;最后结合合成旅对指标的隶属度函数进行了分析,采用模糊综合评判的方法对合成旅维修保障能力进行评价,通过实例分析较为科学合理地得到某合成旅的装备维修保障能力。
In view of the difficulty in quantifying the indicators and the difficulty of empowerment in the process of evaluating the equipment maintenance support capability of synthetic brigades after the adjustment of the scale structure reform of the Army,an evaluation index system is established and the data of the“equipment cloud”platform is combined,an analysis and calculation method for specific indicators are proposed.Then the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to calculate the subjective weight and objective weight of the index respectively,and the combined weights are calculated.Finally,the membership function of the index is analyzed in combination with the actual situation.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the maintenance support capability of the synthetic brigade.Through the example,the equipment maintenance support ability of a synthetic brigade is obtained scientifically and reasonably.
