摘要
目的探讨肺癌术后放化疗患者的自我管理效能感水平现状,分析其水平降低的影响因素。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月于我院行肺癌根治性手术治疗+放化疗的120例患者为研究对象,使用中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表(SUPPH)评价肺癌术后放化疗患者的自我管理效能感水平,将SUPPH评分≤65分者纳入观察组(n=64),SUPPH评分>65分者纳入对照组(n=56)。采集研究对象年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、经济状况、付费方式、化疗次数、生活质量(SF-36)、症状情况(MSAS)、社会支持情况(SSRS)等资料,采用单因素分析和多因素logistic回归分析影响肺癌术后放化疗患者自我管理效能感水平降低的相关因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、经济状况、付费方式、化疗次数、SF-36评分、MSAS评分、SSRS评分是影响肺癌术后放化疗患者自我管理效能感水平降低的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论医护人员在肺癌术后放化疗患者的管理中,应结合实际情况向不同患者提供针对性的疾病信息指导,以提高肺癌患者自我管理能力,改善健康状况。
Objective To investigate the level status of self-management efficacy of patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer,and to analyze the influencing factors of the low level of self-management efficacy.Methods We selected 120 cases of patients who underwent radical lung cancer surgery combined with chemoradiotherapy in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 as the study subjects.The Chinese-version strategies used by people to promote health(SUPPH)was used to evaluate the level of self-management efficacy of patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer.Those with a SUPPH score of≤65 were included in an observation group(n=64),and those with a SUPPH score>65 were included in a control group(n=56).The data of the study subject's age,gender,educational level,marital status,economic status,payment method,number of chemotherapy,quality of life(SF-36),situation of symptoms(MSAS),social support(SSRS),etc.,were collected.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the related factors that reduced the level of self-management efficacy of patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age,economic status,payment method,number of chemotherapy,SF-36 score,MSAS score,and SSRS score were the independent risk factors that affected the low level of self-management efficacy of patients with lung cancer surgery undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer,medical staff should provide targeted disease information guidance to different patients in accordance with the actual situation,in order to improve the self-management ability and improve the health status of lung cancer patients.
