摘要
本文利用扫描电子显微镜对4种稻田毒隐翅虫成虫:梭毒隐翅虫Paederus fuscipes、黑尾隐翅虫Astenus discopunctatus、细颈隐翅虫Rugilus refescens和Lithocharis sp.触角感器的超微结构进行了比较研究。结果表明,4种毒隐翅虫的触角共包含4种感器9个亚型,即Böhm氏鬃毛(BB)、毛形感器(ST)(ST1、ST2、ST3、ST4)、刺形感器(SC)和锥形感器(SB)(SB1、SB2、SB3、SB4、SB5)。其中,Lithocharis sp.感器数量最多,细颈隐翅虫最少。ST4仅分布于细颈隐翅虫,SB4和SB5仅分布于黑尾隐翅虫;SB2仅梭毒隐翅虫不分布;ST2和SB3仅细颈隐翅虫不分布。各类型感器形态、分布、数量在种间均具有差异,在同种雌雄间无显著差异。
The comparative studies on the ultrastructure of antennal sensilla of Rugilus refescens,Astenus discopunctatus,Paederus fuscipes and Lithocharis sp.in rice fields were conductedby scanning electron microscopy.The result showed that the antennae of the four species include four kinds of sensilla(divided into nine subtypes),i.e.,Böhm bristles,sensilla trichodea(sensilla trichodea 1,sensilla trichodea 2,sensilla trichodea 3,and sensilla trichodea 4),sensilla chaetica and sensilla basiconica(sensilla basiconica 1,sensilla basiconica 2,sensilla basiconica 3,sensilla basiconica 4,and sensilla basiconica 5).Of which,the numbers of antennal sensillaof the most is Lithocharis sp.and the least is R.refescens.Sensilla trichodea 4 exists only in R.refescens,and sensilla basiconica 4 and 5 exist only in A.discopunctatus.Sensilla trichodea 2 and sensilla basiconica 3 do not exist only in R.refescens,and sensilla basiconica 2 does not only exist in P.fuscipes.The morphology,distribution and quantity of each kind of sensilla are significantly different among the interspecies,but there is no significant different between male and female in the intraspecies.
