摘要
“不动产测量”课程在测绘工程专业教育中占有重要地位,但课程名称及教学内容与新形势下“不动产权籍调查测绘”的现实需求不适应。从本科教学质量国家标准、注册测绘师制度、不动产确权登记等方面,指出了“不动产测量”课程设置及教学内容更新的必要性,分析了国内典型高校相关课程的开设现状以及现行教材、法规、规范等方面的基本情况。在此基础上,以“不动产权籍调查测绘”为核心,提出了建立校企合作机制、更新优化教学内容、打造在线课程、编写相关教材等课程建设思路与方法,以期促进不动产权籍调查测绘的人才培养。
“Real estate survey”course plays an important role in surveying and mapping engineering education,but under the new situation,the course’s name and contents are not suitable for the actual needs of“real estate rights investigation and surveying”.From the national standard of undergraduate teaching quality,the registered surveyor system,the registration of real estate rights,etc,the necessity of“real estate surveying”course and updating teaching contents is pointed out.The current opening situation of relevant courses in typical universities in China,and the basic situation of current textbooks,regulations and norms are also analyzed.On this basis,with the core of“real estate rights investigation and surveying”,some ideas and methods for course construction are proposed,such as establishing school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,updating and optimizing teaching contents,creating online courses and compiling relevant textbooks,in order to promote talent training of real estate rights investigation and surveying.
