摘要
明代大儒王阳明,作为政府官员一生遭遇诸多危机,他在应对职业变动、地方治理、军事冲突等重大危机中,形成了危机感知论、危机责任论、危机化解方法论在内的危机管理思想。其在晚年提出的“致良知”思想也是其在危机中对自己学说的全面审视与总结。梳理王阳明先生的危机管理实践与思想,对于新时代的公共管理者有重要的启示。
The great Confucian Wang Yangming,as an official in the Ming dynasty,experienced many crises in his life.In his practice of dealing with major crises in such aspects as career,local governance and military conflicts,he constructed his thinking system of crisis management,including his crisis perception theory,crisis responsibility theory,crisis resolution methodology and purpose theory.His philosophy of“purifying conscience”,which was put forward in his later years,is also the marriage of his comprehensive examination and summary of his own theories in the crises.Under the general background of fortifying“Four Self-Confidences”,it is of particular significance for public administrators to gain enlightenments by combing Wang Yangming’s crisis management practice with his great thoughts in the new era.
