摘要
数字经济创新事关数字经济的发展方向及其国际竞争力,事关国民经济高质量发展,事关广大人民群众的切身利益。鉴于中国数字经济的“创新端”还相对薄弱,仍存在巨大的创新空间,本文从理论上对数字经济应如何创新这一问题进行了初步地探讨。本文分析认为,中国应坚持以理论创新为先导、以文化创新为底蕴、以技术创新为动力和以制度创新为保障的综合式创新,以理论创新、文化创新、技术创新和制度创新的合力来推动数字经济健康有序地创新发展。
The innovation of digital economy is related to the development direction of the digital economy and its international competitiveness,related to the high-quality development of the national economy,and related to the vital interests of the broad masses of people.In view of the relatively weak "innovation end"of China's digital economy,there is still a huge space for innovation,and this article theoretically discusses how the digital economy should be innovative.This paper analyzes and believes that China should adhere to comprehensive innovation with theoretical innovation as the guide,cultural innovation as the foundation,technological innovation as the driving force and institutional innovation as the guarantee,thus can we promote the healthy and orderly innovation and development of the digital economy with the combination of theoretical innovation,cultural innovation,technological innovation and institutional innovation.
