摘要
通过梳理美国、日本和我国突发公共卫生事件应急处置的制度和模式,从构建系统化应急法律体系、创新疾病监测与预警系统、改善应急组织结构、加强公众应急宣教等方面提出完善我国突发公共卫生事件应急处置体系的建议,为我国应对此次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控提供经验借鉴。
By sorting out the systems and models for emergency treatment of public health emergencies in the United States,Japan,and China,we propose to improve China's emergency treatment system for public health emergencies in terms of building a systematic emergency legal system,innovating disease surveillance and early warning systems,improving emergency organizational structures,and strengthening public emergency education.These recommendations can provide references for China's response to the pneumonia epidemic prevention and control of the Novel coronavirus pneumonia infection.
