摘要
历代中医家为中医辨证治疗男性不育积累了太多临床经验,临床主以补肾为治法。依据脏腑生理及功能关系,肝肾二脏同居鱼下焦,因木水相互滋生,乙癸同源,因此肝肾二脏生理上有着密切的联系,病理上互相影响,两脏常同时发病。本文试依据肝肾脏腑生理及经络衔接特点,分析肝肾与男性不育的生理及病理之间的关系,探讨肾虚肝郁在男性不育症病程中的临床重要地位及常用辨治方法,该文从上述角度阐述,探讨如下。
Doctors of traditional Chinese medicine have accumulated a lot of valuable experience in treating male infertility based on syndrome differentiation.According to the physiological and functional relationship between visceras,the liver and kidney cohabits and complements mutually based on wood and water phase and the same origin of Yi and Kui,so the liver and kidney are closely related to each other in physiology.This paper through analyzing the physiological and pathological relationship between the two viscera and male reproduction according to the physiological and meridian-collateral connection characteristics of the liver and kidney,discusses the clinical importance of kidney deficiency and liver depression in the pathogenesis of male infertility.
