摘要
基于单片机(MCU)和双轴驱动的太阳位置传感器,是在一块方形底板上,安装一高度为10cm双层十字形挡光板,将底板分割成6个受光区;每区各有一直径1 mm的透光孔,孔下各安装1只光敏电阻器,感知各区光照情况。根据Ⅰ~Ⅳ区光照度的差异,确定电机调整方向,根据Ⅴ区和Ⅵ区光强变化,判断是否对齐太阳;在方向判断环节设置Δu经验值参数,在跟踪控制环节采用“自我比较”方法,有效降低了光敏电阻离散特性带来的影响,使跟踪精度可达0.2°。
Based on micro controller unit(MCU)and biaxial driving mechanism,a solar position sensor consists of a square-based plate,on which a 10 cm height,double layer cross-shaped light baffle is fixed.The baffle divides the base plate into six light-receiving sections.In each section,there is a hole with diameter of 1mm with a photoresistor installed underneath to sense the illuminance therein.The rotation direction of the motor is determined by the illuminance differences of sections I-IV.The changes of illuminance in sections V&VI are used to judge whether the apparatus is in line with the sun.The applicatons ofΔu empirical parameters is set in direction judgement and“self-comparison method”is used in tracking and control,effectively reduce the negtative effects brought by the discrete property of photoresistors and promote tracking precision up to 0.2°.
