摘要
对比评价了SK-90沥青、SBS改性沥青和橡胶粉改性沥青与90#煅烧铝矾土集料的界面粘附性。通过接触角实验测定沥青与集料的表面能计算粘附功,并将集料粉末与不同沥青制成胶浆进行动态剪切流变仪(DSR)测试,评价集料与沥青的交互作用,最后通过红外光谱测试氧化铝粉末加入沥青后主要成分的官能团变化,分析集料与沥青相互作用的机理。结果表明,90#煅烧铝矾土与橡胶粉改性沥青的粘附功最大,常温下其矿料粉末与橡胶粉改性沥青的交互作用能力最强。故煅烧铝矾土集料与橡胶粉改性沥青的粘附性最好。
The adhesion properties and interfacial adhesion of SK-90 asphalt,SBS modified asphalt and rubber powder modified asphalt and 90#calcined aluminum alumina aggregate were evaluated.The adhesion energy was calculated by the contact angle experiment to determine the surface energy of asphalt and aggregate,and the aggregate powder and different asphalt were mix into a mortar for dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)test to evaluate the interaction between aggregate and asphalt.Finally,the functional group changes after the main components of alumina powder were added to the asphalt by infrared spectroscopy,and the mechanism of interaction between aggregate and asphalt was analyzed.The results show that the adhesion work of 90#calcined bauxite and rubber powder modified asphalt is the largest,and the interaction between mineral powder and rubber powder modified asphalt is the strongest.Therefore,the adhesion properties of calcined bauxite aggregate and rubber powder modified asphalt are the best.
