摘要
目的:探讨应用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗妊娠产后出血患者的临床效果和不良反应产生的影响。方法:选取2016年~2018年生产且出现产后出血的患者80例随机分为研究组和对照组各40例,对照组应用缩宫素进行治疗,研究组加用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液进行治疗,比较两组患者血清中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)、脑钠肽(BNP)水平、临床疗效以及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后研究组患者NOS、NO水平明显高于对照组,且BNP水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.005)。研究组、对照组患者治疗的总有效率分别为95.00%和72.50%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组、对照组患者不良反应的总发生率分别为12.50%和10.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液应用于妊娠产后出血患者的治疗可以对其血清各项指标进行改善,提高临床治疗有效率,且治疗安全性也较好,可以在临床上进行广泛的推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of carboprost tromethamine on the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Method 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage produced from 2016 to 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group,the control group was treated with oxytocin,the study group was treated with carboprost tromethamine injection,and serum nitric oxide synthase(NOS),nitric oxide(NO),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level,effective rate of treatment and adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of NOS NO and BNP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.005),and the total effective rates of the study group and the control group were 95.00%and 72.50%respectively,he clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions such as diarrhea,vomiting,elevated aminotransferase and elevated blood pressure was 12.50%and 10.00%respectively in the study group and the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of carboprost tromethamine injection in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage of pregnancy can improve the level of serum indicators,improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,and the safety of the treatment is also good,can be widely promoted and applied in clinical.
