载脂蛋白B与糖尿病肾病研究进展

摘要 载脂蛋白B(Apo B)是存在低密度和极低密度脂蛋白中的主要载脂蛋白[1],其参与脂蛋白与对应受体识别过程[2],对脂蛋白的构成和代谢起到极重要的作用。载脂蛋白B(Apo B)是近几年国内外研究较多的载脂蛋白之一,它优于传统的血脂分析,近年来国内外学者[1]发现它在肾脏疾病中发挥越来越大的价值。本文就载脂蛋白B(Apo B)与糖尿病肾病的相关性进行综述。
