摘要
光引发剂主要有离子型化合物、安息香及其衍生物、苯乙酮衍生物等几种类型以供选用。烟标生产光引发剂的含量不能过多,否则会因干燥后墨膜分子量过小,影响墨膜的性能,也不能过少,否则造成产品干燥不全,产品与产品之间黏连在一起。烟草行业对一些光引发剂含量进行了限定,要求含量控制在标准范围内,本文论述烟标生产过程中光引发剂含量的控制及烟标光引发剂使用要求。
Photoinitiators are mainly available in several types,such as ionic compounds,benzoin and its derivatives,and acetophenone derivatives.The content of photoinitiator in the production of cigarettes should not be too much.Otherwise,the molecular weight of the ink film after drying will be too small,which will affect the performance of the ink film,and it should not be too small.Otherwise,the product will be incompletely dried and the product and the product will stick together.The tobacco industry has limited the content of some photoinitiators,and the content is controlled within the standard range.The control of photoinitiator content in the production process of cigarettes and the requirements for the use of photoinitiators were discussed.
