摘要
新建轨道交通开通之后,轨道交通共线段内的常规公交客流发生转移,导致常规公交服务效率降低,而密集的常规公交线路对道路通行能力的影响不变。为提高轨道交通共线段常规公交运营效率,缓解道路交通拥堵问题,优化轨道交通共线段常规公交发车班次,以公交专用道的通行能力作为轨道交通共线段可通行常规公交车交通量的极限值和约束条件,提出一种对轨道交通共线段的常规公交发车班次优化方法。以最大化常规公交线路最小的高峰小时平均满载率为优化目标,以轨道交通共线段可通行常规公交车交通量、公交车高峰小时最大满载率和发车间隔为约束条件,构建单目标优化模型,采用单步贪心算法求解,得到轨道交通共线段需调整的常规公交线路发车班次调整优化方案,并通过算例对该模型进行验证。算例中对需调整的8条常规公交线路发车班次进行了优化,结果表明,通过调整8条常规公交线路共减少了33个班次的常规公交车数量,并得到了算例中城市相关路段常规公交线路发车班次调整方案。
After the opening of new rail transit,the conventional bus passenger flow in the rail transit common section is transferred,resulting in reduced service efficiency of conventional bus service,while the impact of intensive conventional bus routes on road capacity remains unchanged.In order to improve the efficiency of conventional bus operation in the rail transit common section,alleviate road traffic congestion,and optimize the conventional bus departures of the rail transit common section,taking the capacity of bus lanes as the limit value and constraint condition of the traffic volume of conventional buses in the rail transit common section,a method for optimizing the departure frequency of the conventional buses in the rail transit common section is presented.Taking the average full load rate maximizing the minimum peak hour average full load rate of conventional bus line as the optimization objective,taking the traffic volume of the conventional buses,maximum full load rate of buses in peak hours and the departure interval in the rail transit common section as the constraints,a single-objective optimization model is constructed.The optimal scheme for adjusting the departure frequency of conventional buses in rail transit common section is obtained by single-step greedy algorithm,and the model is verified by a calculation example.In the example,the departure times of the 8 conventional bus lines that need to be adjusted are optimized.The result shows that the number of conventional buses in 33 shifts is reduced by the abovementioned adjustment,and the adjustment schedule for the conventional bus lines in the relevant sections of the city in the example is obtained,which has practical significance for the urban bus operation department to optimize the conventional bus departure frequency.
