摘要
为推广及探讨个案管理在护理工作中的应用,本文对个案管理的概念、实践模式、国内外实施现状进行阐述,讨论对行经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)患者实施个案管理的必要性以及个案管理应用于PCI患者需注意的几个关键问题,从而为医疗卫生系统发展新的护理模式提供借鉴。
In order to discuss and promote the application of case management in nursing practice,this article expounded the concept,the mode of practice,and the status quo of implementation at home and abroad of case management,and discussed the necessity and several key issues of adopting case management to patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).This article intended to provide reference for developing new nursing mode in healthcare system.
