摘要
目的提高老年患者的满意度,更好地满足老年人的健康及照护需求。方法应用PDCA循环方法,按照《北京市老年友善医院创建标准(试行)》,制定工作计划,持续改善服务环境及服务流程,建设老年患者多学科评估诊疗团队,扎实开展老年友善医院创建工作。结果实施PDCA循环后,老年患者总体满意度、老年危重患者抢救成功率较实施前提升;不良事件发生率、住院并发症发生率、病死率较实施前下降。结论通过应用PDCA循环方法,有效推动老年友善医院创建工作的开展,促进了医院老年医学学科的建设和发展,丰富了医院文化内涵建设,提升了医院的服务品牌。
Objective To improve elderly patient satisfaction and meet the needs for elderly health and care.Methods Based on Elderly-Friendly Hospital Establishment Standard in Beijing,PDCA cycle was adopted to make plans on improving the environment and procedures for medical service,developing the multidisciplinary team for the diagnosis and treatment of the elderly patients,and establishing the elderly-friendly hospital.Results After the application of PDCA cycle,the overall satisfaction of elderly patients and the rescue success rate for elderly critically ill patients improved,while the incidence rate of adverse events,complications and fatality rate declined.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle can promote the establishment of elderly-friendly hospitals,facilitate the construction and development of hospital geriatrics,enrich hospital culture,and improve the brand image of hospital service.
